All appointment adjustments must be made by phone or email ([email protected]) and at least 48 hours before appointment time to prevent a 50% late cancelation fee.
What happens if I’m running late for my appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, please understand that your service duration might be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
