Booking Policy Theory Hair Studio FAQ

Wondering about the booking policy at Theory Hair Studio? This guide outlines everything from appointment hours to rescheduling and late arrival terms—so you’ll know exactly what to expect before booking.

Salon Hours

We operate primarily by appointment but welcome walk-ins when availability allows. Hours may vary by stylist. For new clients, we recommend scheduling a consultation to ensure the right service and timing.

Booking Process

Appointments can be requested online, by phone (619.822.2254), by email (info@theoryhairstudio.com), or through Instagram (@theoryhairstudio) DM. All online requests are reviewed before approval. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Response Time

Once you submit a booking request, you can expect a response within 24–48 business hours, Monday-Friday.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. All changes need to be made by calling (619.822.2254) or email (info@theoryhairstudio.com)

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee. While we do our best to accommodate, service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.
