• Thank you for your interest in our salon and services. Our online system is utilized as a conversation starter. Therefore, you may be contacted shortly should there be any conflicts with the appointment requested.
• If you are a new or a returning client that has not visited our salon in the last six months or more, please fill out the form below. The requested information will help our stylists better be prepared for your appointment.
• Please call 619.822.2254 or email us at [email protected] with a minimum of 48 hours before your reservations if you have particular time constraints. Our goal is to perfect and render the best services to our ability; timing may differ for each service and situation; please allow us the proper notifications so we can best accommodate you.
• A valid credit card and/or deposit is required for all reservations. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. To do so, your appointment will be followed by an email; please verify the details and reply with a “YES.”
• There are no refunds. All services and sales of retail are final. Please get in touch with us within a week (7 days) of your service date for a reasonable minor adjustment. For a change of services that was not discussed during the original appointment, an additional charge will apply.
• As a courtesy, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for cancellation or any changes to avoid a 50% fee for the scheduled appointment.
