If you are a new or a returning client that has not visited our salon in the last six months or more, please email three pictures of your current hair, one of the front, back and a side, and two to three images of your goal hair. Please also provide the entire history of all chemical services and treatments performed on your hair in the past two years. The requested informations will help our stylists better be prepared for your appointment.
Please call 619.822.2254 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum of 48 hours prior to your reservations if you have particular time constraints. Our goal is to perfect and render the best services to our ability, timing may differ from each service and situation, please allow us the proper notifications so we could best accommodate you.
A valid credit card is required for all services booked. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. To do so, your appointment will be followed by an email, please verify the details.
As a courtesy, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for cancellation or any changes. Reservations of $100+ may be subject to a 50% deposit during the time of reservations. The remaining cost of services are paid in full during the time of the service. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled appointment.
